12 Spring Home Inspection Maintenance Tips

Examine Windows and Doors:  

Replace or fix the screens on windows and doors to keep bugs from entering your home. Wash your windows, clean tracts and seals with a soft brush or vacuum attachment if you have one, before washing the panes. Make sure to clean the weep holes and storm windows. You will also want to make sure that the essential drain holes are open and working properly. You can test these by pouring water into the sill.
